Terms & Conditions

The applicant confirms that she meets all eligibility criteria, including:  

* Age between 18–28 as of July 1, 2025  

* Unmarried and without children  

* Minimum height of 5 feet 5 inches (without heels)  

* Of South Indian origin (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana)

All personal, professional, and photographic information submitted is true and authentic. False information may lead to disqualification at any stage.

The organizers hold the right to use submitted photographs and any event-related media (photos/videos) for promotional, marketing, editorial, and branding purposes across platforms affiliated with She Miss Beauty and She India Magazine.

Submission of the application does not guarantee selection. The decision of the selection/jury panel at every stage shall be final and binding.

Finalists and winners will enter into an agreement with She Talents & Media Inc., which may include obligations related to exclusivity, event participation, campaigns, brand endorsements, and representation as a titleholder.

The participant agrees to maintain professional conduct, uphold dignity, and respect the values of the pageant throughout the course of participation. Any misconduct or violation may lead to disqualification or legal action.

Winners agree to represent the brand in cause-led campaigns and public appearances, including those related to the CSR initiative (Cervical Cancer Awareness).

By applying, the contestant agrees to participate in brand collaborations, endorsement shoots, and sponsored content activities as part of the official event programming.

Any disputes will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The organizers reserve the right to change, reschedule, cancel, or amend any part of the event structure, dates, or deliverables without prior notice.
